The $300 non-refundable deposit deadline has been extended to Monday, November 9, 2026. You can express interest now without making a commitment. Email sheffieldgardeners@gmail.com with “I’m in” if you plan to go, or “Maybe” if you’re still deciding. Your place is confirmed only after you pay the deposit by November 9.
A correction to the earlier announcement: Chelsea tickets were not expected to sell out in October. There is time to review the details and ask questions.
The itinerary
- Saturday, May 15: Arrive in London and travel to Rye, East Sussex.
- Sunday, May 16: Great Dixter House & Gardens, including a guided garden tour and a group welcome dinner.
- Monday, May 17: Sissinghurst Castle Garden.
- Tuesday, May 18: Free day in Rye.
- Wednesday, May 19: RHS Garden Wisley, then onward to London.
- Thursday, May 20: RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
- Friday, May 21: Depart London for home.
Hotels and what’s included
The itinerary includes four nights at The Lookout in Rye and two nights at Astors Belgravia in London, with breakfast, a group welcome dinner, garden admissions, Chelsea Flower Show entry, private group transportation and the specified travel protection plan. Airfare, most lunches and dinners, and personal expenses are not included.
Estimated trip price
The travel planner’s flyer lists per-person prices for shared rooms of $2,168 for 12 travelers, $2,369 for 8 travelers, or $2,204 for 6 travelers. The price depends on the final group size. Single-room supplements, room upgrades, age-based insurance adjustments and airfare may add to the total. Review the full details before making a deposit.
Optional Kew Gardens extension
We are pricing an optional extra day at Kew Gardens at the end of the trip, including another night in London. The additional cost is not yet confirmed. Please mention your interest when you email.
